Winter is fast approaching and it's time to start organising your wardrobe! Make room for prints, whether floral or baroque, textures like velvet or the softness of lyocell, the dynamism of yellow or the hypnotic silver. In terms of key pieces, the trouser suit is still the perfect ally for dressing up as easily as wearing a dress. Knits and blouses are also back, in warm, sparkling colours like yellow and green. What are the must-have pieces for your winter 2022 wardrobe?
In this winter's fashion trends, there are some strong pieces that stand out. For example, velvet, the winter material par excellence. It's just as suited to an office look as it is to a formal evening out. For autumn-winter, velvet even comes in prints, on jackets, dresses, trousers and more
The jumpsuit, already present this summer, will be back in a long version with the trouser combi. Combined with a faux fur, a symbol of the vintage spirit we love, or a blazer, winter will be warm but stylish!
And don't forget flowing blouses and dresses made from beautiful materials. Feminine cut-outs, butterfly sleeves or bibs, the choice will be difficult.
Trends not to be missed this winter
Prints will once again be the stars of the winter dressing room. We've already seen neo-graphics in autumn, on blouses and jumpers. Animal prints are also in the news every season, and have become a wardrobe staple. On the other hand, for autumn-winter 2022 we're discovering the arty motif, which makes our clothes as beautiful as paintings. Art is inspiring designers, and they're sharing it with us!
Flowers are also a permanent fixture in our winter wardrobes. A heady motif as popular as the little black dress. Dotted or in armfuls, flowers are invading our clothes in mini versions on dresses, bohemian blouses and jumpsuits.
Like a tapestry from the grand century, monochrome arabesques, similar to paisley, are still very much in evidence in the collections.
In terms of shapes, fluidity, lightness and above all femininity are still in fashion. Vapid blouses, comfortable fabrics and flared cuts for chic yet comfortable looks!
The right colours for this season's trends
In terms of colours, this winter we'll be going for green, as we did in spring, but in a darker version with fir green and khakis. Other colours include yellow, ochre, orange and shades of pink to brighten up the cool winter weather!
The fashion trends for winter 2022 are also in! We'll be seeing greys and silvers, to liven up the classic but still chic black of our wardrobes.
